UNITED WAY-COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN
PLEASE DESIGNATE YOUR DOLLARS BY WRITING IN
"#8901 - SECOND CHANCE WILDLIFE CENTER"
ON YOUR 2006 UNITED WAY CONTRIBUTION FORM
or WRITING #7297 ON YOUR CFC CONTRIBUTION FORM.

Second Chance Wildlife Center is proud to be a part of the United Way and the Combined Federal Campaign again. The Donor Choice Program allows contributors to designate a Not-For-Profit agency of their choice to be the recipient of all or part of their United Way contributions. When your company's United Way Donor cards are handed out, please remember to designate Second Chance Wildlife Center as the recipient of your donations. Just write in our designation number 8901 on your donor card

If you currently designate your donations to another agency that you want to continue to include, merely indicate on the card that you want a percentage of your United Way donation to go to Second Chance also. (For example, 50% to "Cause One", and 50% to Second Chance). Chris & David Treating Goose

Federal employees, you can donate to Second Chance through the Combined Federal Campaign by choosing #7297 on your contribution form!

The mission of Second Chance is to provide - free of charge - care and rehabilitation to ill, injured, and/or orphaned wildlife - especially those that have been negatively affected by human activites - with the goal of returning them to the wild; to educate the public about the importance of wildlife and help them live in closer harmony with them; to function as a wildlife referral and information resource for local residents, local, state, and federal agencies, and businesses, students, and educators.

Second Chance will continue to be there for the numerous wildlife that need us. However, your generosity is critical to our work. The more generous your donation, the better we are able to provide the medical attention our patients need. And through your generosity, we can continue our educational efforts throughout the year.
